Itinerary
– Pick up from your hotel in Paris
– Visit of the Palace of Versailles (the State Apartments, the Queen’s bedchamber, Hall of Mirrors, . . . )
– Visit of the French Gardens, the fountains and sculptures
– lunch break possible in the gardens or at a Café
– Visit of The Petit Trianon, Marie-Antoinette’s Hamlet (the cottages) and the English gardens
– Return to Paris

it’s the closing day of the Louvre Museum, many tourists choose to visit Versailles on Tuesdays, which makes it one of the busiest day.
Choose a guided tour:
This is the only way to skip the line and get into the Versailles Palace with a timed ticket. This will save you from queuing for 1 hour
Stroll around the gardens:
to discover the statues, fountain: it’s even better on the days of “Musical Fountains Show from April to October.

OUTSTANDING! We had the best day with Marie Diane on our tour. She is a wealth of knowledge and a lot of fun. She loves French history and makes it come alive with her descriptions of the Royals and Nobels. She also knew how to navigate the crowd at Versailles. She has extensive training in art history so she will also share with you details of the many frescos, paintings and sculptures you will see and how they played a key role in communicating the strength and power of the King – particularly Louis XIV. She knows the drama and behind the scenes details as well which make her tour super interesting. Transportation was perfect – very nice ride from our hotel in Paris. Her driver Ryan was very professional and the van was very comfortable. We will contact her again on our next visit to Paris for another of her tours.
