A Guest Review of This Tour
“Diane was fantastic. She is a considerate, friendly, kind and engaging individual. Her knowledge of Versailles and her stories brought everything to life. We had a fantastic morning there. We spent a perfect amount of time in the Louvre as to not be over whelmed but seeing many highlights and learning lots. The fact that Diane previously worked at the Louvre was a bonus and we even got up close and personal with Mona Lisa. Brenda and I couldn’t be more pleased with our tour. Diane is highly recommended.”

We had the most unforgettable tour of the Louvre and Versailles with Marie Diane! From start to finish, she was absolutely incredible—full of knowledge, passion, and the kind of energy that makes history and art come alive. Thanks to her, we experienced insights and details that we would never have discovered on our own.
Marie Diane has a rare gift for connecting with her audience—our 14-year-old children were completely engaged the entire time, and she presented information in a way that was both fun and fascinating. She clearly knows her subject inside and out, but also knows how to make it relatable, exciting, and memorable for everyone.
She planned the tour perfectly—detailed but never overwhelming, informative yet perfectly paced, and clearly thoughtful about her audience. We felt so lucky to have her guiding us, sharing stories, and bringing both the Louvre and Versailles to life in a way we’ll never forget.
We cannot recommend Marie Diane highly enough! She is a true expert, an exceptional storyteller, and one of the most wonderful guides we’ve ever had. Any tour with her is an absolute must—you’ll leave inspired, amazed, and so grateful for the experience!

I can not say enough about how amazing this tour was because of our infinitely charming and knowledgeable tour guide, Marie Diane!!
She was able to make history come alive and had my husband, myself and my 13 and 10 year old daughters mesmerized and engaged all day. We never waited in lines, the transportation was comfortable and always pulling up right when and where we needed.
She also was a skilled photographer, knowing the perfect spots and angles for family photos! This was the unequivocal highlight of our European vacation and I know we will all remember what we saw and learned due to her ability to contextualize the art and locations as if telling a story.
I can not rave enough about this, worth every penny!! Book this immediately 😁❤️

My 18 year old grandson and I spent a wonderful day with Marie Diane exploring the Palace of Versailles in the morning. As Marie D. is an Art Historian, we were filled with little stories re King Louis XIV and how he built the Palace and spent his daily rituals, which were quite humorous.
We then spent the afternoon at the Louvre, which was also King Louis XIV's palace. Exploring the Louvre and listening to the stories of the various decades of transformation in France, we were taken back in time by the Events presented to us by our tour guide.
A wonderful day of history and story telling with Marie Diane, who was so friendly, easy to relate to as well as a wonderful storyteller.
i highly recommend this tour guide for your day of history and art.

This tour was hands down the highlight of our trip to Paris. Diane is so genuine, and passionate about the history she educates us about. It was a pleasure learning about the history of France and art through the ages at the Louvre. There were 6 of us ranging image from 11 to 66 and she impressed ALL of us! When we return to París we will most certainly seek her out!

Jane H. was our guide for the Versailles and Louvre tours on our recent trip to paris. There were six of us in our group and we were all impressed with Jane’s knowledge of these palaces/museums. In the Louvre she led us to where there’s not a lot of people in a queue and knew the background story of each of the major art exhibits. At the Versailles, she has detailed information on each of the rooms and the palace gardens. She is accomodating, courteous, well spoken and also an excellent photographer.

Jane was full of facts and stories as we traveled to Versailles. She had the tour well planned and the details were perfect. Could have spent more time with her in the Louvre. She was a wealth of knowledge there. Would definitely recommend her for any tour.

What a first class, friendly, knowledgeable guide! We are a family of five from US, and Jane was a perfect guide for us. Picked us up in a luxury van at the hotel, to the door and no lines at Versailles and Louvre, and even treated us to ice cream on the return.

Jane was the perfect guide for our visit to Versailles and the Louvre. She is very knowledgeable in the history and details of Versailles, as well as details about the art in both Versailles and the Louvre. This tour was perfect for us, as we only wanted a brief visit to the Louvre (as 4 seniors with limited energy!). This tour was a great combination for our brief – and first – visit to Paris. We really enjoyed our day with Jane – and would recommend her highly for any tour you choose in Paris.
